Nice! You're getting really good! Although, I would've reduced the smudged layer a tiny bit, as well as the definition layer. But overall really nice job!

Thanks! I did notice the muscles where a bit too defined but I'd already merged the layers by that point. Normally when I do lighting I lose a bit of muscle def anyway.
