Description
So, I forgot about the timeline.
This story takes place between Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super. And it may seem strange, but I will also use some ideas from Dragon Ball GT. 
Anyway, even without Saiyan gods, although the problems come from the stars.

WOO Sorry I got to this so late.
First panel: "and in West City, it was no different" OR "and West City was no different." The current form is kinda two halves of different sentences and needs to be made correct
Vegeta's lines: "I told you both to calm down!" or could leave in the "I've". Personally I think "I" sounds and flows better, but "told" is the word for behaviour instructions, while "sent" would imply that he told them to go somewhere. Also, "No one ever takes me seriously," since "no one else" implies that someone in this scene IS, and Trunks and... Goten??? ... Whatever, the other kid... clearly aren't taking him seriously at all.
