Description
This is a game that I made in school while I was learning how to make games in flash. There might still be a few bugs in it but it seemed to work fine before I put it on.I know the name of the game sucks, I just couldent think of anything else XD
edit: I changed the music so that its smaller, I hope there will be less lag now.
edit: I changed the music to non copyrighted music ^.^ I kinda like the old music better but I realy dont want to get in trouble.
edit: I took out the shooting sounds to see if that will stop the lag.
edit: Enamys dissapear in the game over screen and enamys shoot more often.

I dont think they realy fit the game that well but I got tired of trying to look for some good ones.
I had the change the music I origonaly had because of copyrights.

The highest that I got in this game was 3,125. I can never beat your highest score like this.

Thats because I know how to minipulate a bug that it has XD
if you die once then start ageain, there will be one ship that does dissapear if you shoot it, so just shoot that one a bunch of times and more enamys will appear.

That bug would be too mutch of a pain to fix. So im just going to leave it XD (I got someone else help me with the enamy so I dont realy understand how it works)
The main bugs im trying to fix right now is the shooting and getting the enamys to dissapear before the game over screen.

Im realy bad at drawing so I couldent make the graphics as good as i would have liked, and the music isnt egzactly as I want it. But the game play seems to work fine so im happy with it ^^

Terribly laggy, I'm sure there's a way to make sound loops not lag becaue I've had that problem before and fixed it, but I can't remember how. Try making the sound exportable for actionscript, (put it somewhere you'll never hear it but will load, so you can uncheck the load in first frame option) and then make it play and stop with AS, looping for 99999 or whatever. Also, seriously compress the sound; this file could be under 500kb I bet if the sound was made a lower quality; much better for online play.

This is my first time loading something with music onto the internet, and im still pritty new with flash so I dont realy understand how to do some of that stuff.
How do you compress the sound? Im sure that might help. XD

In flash:
Ctrl+L to open up your library. Find the sound. Right click, properties, uncheck the box at the bottom, and set it to around 16kbps. Click the test button, and if it's a bit too crappy, turn it up a couple of notches. Click ok, and you should have made your file mucho smaller

The lag only happens before a shot makes a sound, see what happens if you take that sound out, could make this even better

No, it's a problem I can't work out that happens with some sounds. It'll be worth removing if it does stop the lag though.

I removed the sounds and it seems like its working alit better now ^.^
My freind gave me a code for the shooting but I cant get it to work properly so im going to see if he can help me out.

Not bad, Mistress Kitty! It's a bit laggy though.
My recommend a combo system. Shooting several targets at a time doubles/triples/etc.

Yah I think the music makes it lag, but the game kinda sucks without the music XD
