Looking back and forth between the two pictures, I have to say that this one came out much better. Not only is her face better drawn, but the expression is more clear. Also, the positioning of her feet makes her look more balanced on this one than the other one and the details, like the pouches and her staff are better drawn, so yeah, big improvement from the previous one.

Even though one can learn a lot by drawing many quick drawings, sometimes it's better to just let a drawing take time to complete

Sure seems better compared to the last one, least it looks like that the character made a mistake and shock than the last image to be honest.

Actually I took my time on this one instead of giving into that "I got to get it done" feeling I get sometimes. I also switched the paper and that really helped. Other than the staff, I'm much happier with this one.
