Probably not because she'll need the calories. Plus the weight around her middle helps her work with an almost preggy like center of balance. Don't worry too much about her health though, in this world diabetes and heart disease have been reduced to "take this pill once a week and you'll be fine" ailments. Of course the girl's aren't immune if they become 600lbs blobs who sit around all day every day.
