These are clones. Stormtrooper armor looks similar to Phase II clone armor:

The top left is what is in this drawing-- a Phase I helmet-- and was worn by clones in the first part of the Clone Wars. The top right is Phase II clone armor, worn in the later parts of the Clone Wars (and I'd guess in the first months of the Empire's rule). The bottom left is StormtrooperΒ armor, which was worn by Imperial Stormtroopers. The bottom right is First Order Stormtrooper armor, worn by Stormtroopers in the First Order (from The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi).
So no, these are clones wearing clone armor, not Stormtroopers.

But wait? Clone Troopers can aim much better mainly because the visors on the helmet are more connected. PLUS the clones have better reception.
If this was the 501st switching to the new stormtrooper armor? They would definitely complain like this.

I never said stormtroopers were clones, I was referring to the 501st SWITCHING to the new stormtrooper outfit. The 501st are so far the only remaining clone troopers in the imperial army. Also, Han and Leia don't get shot because they're are the heroes. However, the stormtroopers were still treated more seriously in the OT? Rebels? GOOD GRIEF! They've become nothing but embarresments in the imperial academy! Remind me why the clone armyΒ were decommissioned again?
