Just Glimmy having a good time, probably not doing anything illegal, only if being gorgeous not considered as a crime that is.Here's my first time making a piece with clear, bright blue skies. It was more difficult to set up the lights since the bright environment will make the character looks flat & blends with the background more easily, so shadows and rim lights play quite a major role.

It *should* be illegal to look that gorgeous; thankfully for us, it isn't! She makes those shades look so... *cool*. Top-shelf work!
This is a startlingly realistic image: it looks like it could have been taken at any well-known theme park: Knotts Berry Farm; Silverwood (in Idaho); Universal; even (since they already own half the world's entertainment properties -- Marvel, Star Wars, The Muppets, etc. -- anyway, and probably own the Ponies, as well) Disney, just to name a few of the more obvious ones.

Are the sunglasses straight on Glimmer's head or are they crooked so that the lenses are at an angle closer to facing the camera than they would if they they were straight on her head?

Yeah actually I made the glasses a little bit bigger than the head and crook it to the right slightly instead of them being centered with the head, so it looks better at this camera angle. Keep in mind that the aviators aren't made to fit the head of SFM pony models, so trial and error is pretty much inevitable.
