I thought I would write you a crit as this is really pretty and caught my eye. I hope it helps. This is just my opinion mind so its just ideas of how I would change it.
First of I love the colours in this. Your tone work is really great. it has this soft look to it, fitting with the dusk like colour pallet. The background is incredibly pretty. I like the blue highlights/outlines really make the character pop.
I think the main thing you could add to it is texture, the way you have lined the fur on the neck and the hair gives it a certain density.Its nice but leave it look a little solid. Adding some brush work to it could make it look more fluffy. Some dark blue on the underside of the hair and lighter liens on top would make it look less solid.
