I've seen this one- in fact I have the DVD. It helped fill in the doctor's past a lot more.

It's definitely one of the better stories to come out of the modernΒ era.Β I started with Classic Who- Doctor #4- way back when the local PBS stations were showing the stories. They'd take the three and four part stories- the episodes were only a half hour long back then- and splice them into 90 minute and two hour movies depending on how many chapters there were. I think I've seen at least one story of each Doctor by now.
