I actually like Amon, he's more antagonist than villain to me. Ozai was just a pretty good villain. M. Night's ATLA movie is nonexistent to me, not worth mentioning. And I think I actually hate Tarrlok the most, he's just a straight up ass.

Ozai, Tarrlok, Amon, and M. Night Shyamalan. Let's see what they all did to earn being baddies in the A:TLA universe, shall we?
Ozai: Tried to take over the world, exiled his wife, exiled his son (after scarring him), was a driving point into his daughter going insane, destroyed an entire forest, caused Aang to have nightmares before the invasion, and causing his own nation to be despised for several years during the 100 year war and a time afterwards.
Tarrlok: Used his political power to influence the law inforcement and government, placed innocent people under-arrest, tricked Korra into being a part of his attack force by making her look bad in front of the press, using an illegal style of bending (bloodbending) on several people, and kidnapping.
Amon: Attacking an entire stadium of people, forcefully taking away the bending of criminals and innocents alike, almost taking away Bolin's bending, scaring Korra into submission after having his men assault her, and kidnapping Tarrlok after taking his bending away.
M. Night Shyamalan: ALMOST KILLING THE ORIGINAL SERIES WITH HIS TERRIBLE MOVIE!
