Description
A continuation of my Sphinxes of the World series - I wanted to at least do a sphinx from each continent, but the last few continents (Antarctica, Europe and Australia) aren't exactly known for their big cat populations, so I had to take a few liberties.Representing Antarctica, here, is the leopard seal. Leopards are cats...so...close enough, right? The wings are those of the Antarctic Shag.

i would think seeing as her torso is built for water that she would have penguin wings to further enhance her hunting abilityΒ

That is one cute, chubby sphinx Β
I love the pun on leopard seal; very cute, very logical For some reaosn, I imagine this type of sphinx to tell very obvious, childish, punny riddles ^ ^

"why can't a nose be 12 inches long?"

"Because then it would be a foot!"

This is beautiful! You're right that the last three are harder (considering there are no native cats in Australia) but you have done this, and all the others, wonderfully

Thanks! Yeah, I almost didn't include Australia or Antarctica at all, but I couldn't stand not having a finished set X3
