Beautiful use of light. The way the background illuminates the image yet the figure remains completely in the dark is highly engaging; it gives the sensation that the character is shrouded, neglected and timid. The way one eye peeks out only reinforces this , and provides a further sense of curiosity; the rest of her is unwilling and forgotten, but she still remains. Awesome work!
