Is this dress all one piece? I am trying to make this dress as one piece, and the petticoats are causing a lot of problems with the zip (I don't think it can handle all the layers of fabric)

Thank you! ^^ I preferred to make two pieces: the corset with that transparent overwear fixed on it (just because otherwise it was moving a lot...) and all the petticoats sewed together.

You should take a look on ebay and other costume selling sites! When I was searching for reference images I found a lot of photos and sometimes those dresses were pretty good! Maybe you should add one or two underskirts to make the skirt more voluminous, because they seemed a bit flat...

May I ask where you got that black um 'ribbon-thingy' x'D for the red dress?
Or did you use black cloth/ribbons, cut it into stripes and drew the white flowers on it?

the second one: I had to use black ribbon and then I drew the white flowers. That cloth is impossible to find! >.<

Must've been a lot of work if I consider the amount of little white flowers.
They look evenly spread to me :3 so you did a good job and can be proud becuase the costume in general looks really awesome
