Yeah. But in my opinion, Funimation's dub of Dragon Ball is very good. The script was colorful, but still captured the spirit of show. The voice acting was done after the voice actors had had experience in Dragon Ball Z, and voiced their characters as great as they possibly could. Brice Armstrong's narrator voice was particularly praised for having a unique storybook quality to it. This was also the very first Dragon Ball series to hit the airwaves in the U.S. with the original background music.

To be honest, I never watched english version. I'm just used to japanese voices, although people were saying that Gokus voice in english is so much better. What's funny, when I was small in polish tv was aired Dragon Ball with italian dubb and polish lector. As you can imagine, it sounded awful. ;v;
