Sorry I'm sort of barging into this conversation (I'm just looking around my corner of dA and commenting xD), but I felt I could help.\
Normally for boy PPG's, I just don't make the torso as curved. (Don't make it 100% straight though, remember, humans aren't sticks, even PPG's.)
((and yeah i make the crotch a little lower just yyyyyeah..))
Oh yeah, and if you put eyelashes or makeup or whatever on them, I wouldn't do that.
