I made this drawing for a friend because she asked, I guess
Anyways, she wanted me to sort of design her like Neo-Queen Serenity with Mistress 9's hair, but she also had me make it resemble her. Then, I said what the heck and added in a version sort of like Rini/Chibiusa.
