I love the design. Detailed without being too cluttered (mine turned out to be the latter).

i love the hellraiser films, though i did wonder why hell only used black clothing.
red is a nice change.
love the guy at the bottom - he looks pretty similar to voldo from coul calibur (i think it's because of the bald head and straps) but i doubt they'd have the guts to go as far as using barbed wire with voldo's costume design, like you have on your character.
a lot of what you have posted here at DA is quite extreeme in one way or annother, which i like.
anyway, very nice pic overall.
