EDIT: why is this so popular out of all my bases I am very disappoint with this one because the anatomy is badANYONE CAN USE THIS FOR ANY PURPOSE, THAT MEANS ADOPTABLES, REFERENCE SHEETS, WHATEVER. SO PLEASE. STOP ASKING ME.

the anatomy really IS bad. the shoulders.. my god. and the legs are all over the place! other than that, good base! <3

that... that looks nothing of how you say.. the shoulders are fine because the cat is pushing down on it, lifting the shoulder, and the feet paws are curled up and fling up to the side ready to be thrown down to stand..
so the base is perfectly fine..

I know this is almost a yeah old, but I have studied my cat ever since Iβve gotten her, and how this artist has the leg placed ARE ACTUALLY VERY NATURAL AND PRECISE

Well mate yeah this is a year later and I actually find a problem with the back leg more than the shoulders now, because that's actually not possible unless the cat is leaping?? Which it looks like it is, but bent at an awkward angle.

Cats normally curl their paws inward when leaping, and itβs probably More convenient for them to curl them inward towards their body than downwards towards the ground. That might be why itβs drawn like that. When my cat jumps for a tree or a counter she tucks her legs under her, and with how much fur she has, I canβt feel her feet. Her front paws were one thing. But back legs I think itβs anatomically correct.

Yeah and when my cat runs she curls her paws and same with jumping. She curls them and tucks them slightly underneath.
