I haven't drawn Pokemon art for a while.So here's one of my favorite Pokemon: the always adorable electro-ghost Rotom! Lineless!

rotom reminds me of Matryoshka. i dont know if you listened to that song, or sawing images of it, but that adorable and big-pupiled eyes are the responsibles of the comparison.
