its true..I like big handsome guys..I just don't like the art where they're like balloons about to explode and get hard over a donut :/ or eating food..to me that's just making them look bad..same for bbw art...I want art that SHOWS the sexy in them..not the fetish of seeing them bloat and eat like their lives depend on each munch.

I'm aware of this,I've been on this site for 7 and a half years I know what it's about. but what you commented was not a compliment NOR a critique...it was very pointless.

lets go over what you said together shall we?

"His pose looks weird" - okay, you wanna tell me why and how to fix it there. Rembrandt?

"Do you read your character descriptions before saving images?" - I'm assuming you said this because you see something that is off or grammatically wrong or doesn't make sense, whatever the reason is... you wanna point it out to me so I can fix it because OBVIOUSLY if I saw something wrong, I would not have posted it in that state.

I'm aware my arts not perfect, but if your going to "critique" someone, don't you think you should say something positive too? something you like about it? and if you don't like anything about it why even bother commenting at all? or being on my page? you've been on this site for 2 days how did you even find me?

the entire point of DA comments is for the artist to get feedback that they can use to help them improve on their art, OR comments about what someone likes about their work so they can keep doing that. this piece that you commented on is a character sheet, you could have said something you like about the characters personality or his design even if you don't like the character itself.

but instead you said the pose looks strange (didn't tell me how) and asked if I read the bios before I post them...how is any of that suppose to do anything for me?

do you see why I'm so hostile about this strange comment?

There's nothing positive about this other than that you fixed the typos.
His legs don't work because the foremost one is shorter then the one behind it. Straighten that leg behind out and it's way too longer then the foremost one.
And I don't understand how his shirt or neck work.

you also clearly don't know how hip angles work. and whats wrong with his neck and his shirt?... his neck is between his shoulders and his shirt is tucked in...whats so strange about that?

No, you clearly don't know how hip angles work. His hips don't even look like they're tilted or angled at all, even if they were, the leg at the back would still be shorter because of perspective. And his shirt doesn't look tucked in. It looks like his stomach is that color and then.. weird stuff happens at the midsection when shirt meets pants. And it's not because his 'gut' is hanging over it.

And I commented because I saw it on the front page.. and you're just keeping the flame going. I comment how I like, is that what deviantart is for, like you said, expression yourself? I'm expressing myself over what I think of this picture.

I fail to see how you saw this on the front page when your comment was 2+ hours after it was posted. and nothing stays on front page THAT long on this website.

Yes, DA is for self expression. on your OWN page, but when you comment on someone else work it should be something that is helpful,critique or useful to the artist.

it took you 3 comments to tell me his legs were different lengths and you don't like how his shirt it tucked in. and if there is NOTHING absolutely NOTHING you can say about the art / the character/. the image in general. commenting about what you ONLY dislike doesn't make the artist feel very good does it?

and commenting purely to make someone else feel terrible is...kind of rude don't you think?

Wow, you are really nit picky.
I did see it on the front page, and I happened to go through your gallery after that. And it happens to be a fact that my internet is a bitch, so I ended up leaving it alone for awhile with windows open then came back (which, I'm sorry for that double post earlier also).

And to me you seem kind of rude as well. Why didn't you just block me and move on? Do you like arguing with people over your art?

Yes, I am being rude, because I don't like unhelpful comments on my art. call it a pet peeve, call me a bitch, call it whatever. but either say something you like so I know and can do more of it, or critique me and tell me how to fix it...don't bother doing it now then since theres absolutely NOTHING redeemable about this piece, you just felt like wasting everyone's time by commenting on something that you dislike so very much.

I'm not going to block you, because I don't abuse the Block system on DA. the Block system is to get rid of pesky abusive individuals. not people who don't know how to comment.
