I figured these two fit the bill perfectly, especally in Marie Jaynes case, shes pretty, skinny,white and everything on her is perky YET she has the balls to claim to be an outcast (because it's cool to be outcasted these days.) as for her friend BANG shes a circle queen in her own right as well.
art wise I'm relatively happy with how this turned out, something went VERY right with Marie Jaynes anatomy and BANG is in the latest in slut wear for teens gotta love them hookerish high heels with leg warmers, also... I'm sure yer all thinking the BG is black and white becuase I wanna be all artsy and stylish, but really it's just so ya pay attention to the characters.
SO to everyone who is ugly or fat or a person of color or old. please GTFO of the circle. acceptance just isn't for you I'm sorry.

Oh yes, Marie Jayne! I love her a lot as a character. xD I can SO picture her and Jivin having a one night stand or smoking pot together. They just fit so well. Anyway, I love the quote from House about Circle Queens, and you did BANG so well and her outfit is so skanky. xD I really love both of their poses and they make a great team, too! ;3 Ace work on this! I love it a lot.

I love Marie as a chracter but if I knew her in real ife I would punch her in the face- the sad thing is I DID know soemone like this is real life and thats where Marie came from to start with XD

I cant even remember what I was talking about originally when you first showed me this. BUT I LOVE IT. And I'll need to draw them together again with there other friends XD I love how even our retarded characters can befriend each other some how.
Also awesome job capturing BANG's personality and look. She literally looks like I could go to the store and buy her. Or go to a corner, and buy her there as well.

I've never said this before, but I love that almost every single one of your pieces has a thought process of enormous magnitude behind it. Rather than people who just draw stupid, bland, empty situations for the sake of faking interaction or if they just draw pin-up style after pin-up style drawing. You always have something in your artist's comments that brings new depth and insight to your pieces. It's really interesting to match your written ideas with the picture and see how you conveyed your brain child. I think that's what makes a true artist. Drawing to bring our ideas to life, not drawing just for the sake of drawing.

I REALLY love this! I love Marie Jayne's pose especially, and her happy little expression. She looks SO GOSH DARN CUTE, I really do like her. And eek, freckles. The lightly freckled look works wonders for her. It just knocks up her cuteness a notch. Her anatomy did come out wonderfully, I'm especially loving the way her hips seem to sway. Love the pot leaf on her bandanna too. XD Silly little pothead, why do you have to be so cute?
Ahh! BANG looks awesome in your style! I love the way you drew her high heels especially. They look like they came right off of Barbie. Her expression suits her so nicely! I love her pose, too. The two compliment each other well and balance the piece out.

Oooo cool looking characters! I have always liked Marie Jayne's design and how she is such a stoner..lol. I really like her face and her long legs. I really like the long legs in your characters.
I really like BANG's kooky outfit (I've always wanted to say that xDD) it reminds me of Ulala's outfir from the game Space Channel 5 if you have ever heard of it 
The background is cool too. I think all of the decorations on the lockers is a great idea because I can tell whose is whose. Great idea keeping it black and white to focus on them. It really helps them stand out.

Well, actually, they do look fairly attractive, but I knew there had to be some some sort of deeper social message here, even though there was nothing that really screamed it at me at first. I suppose some of the posters in the background would have been a big giveaway if I'd looked closer. As a personal sidenote, I love "House," though unfortunately, I haven't seen a single episode of the latest season due to circumstances.

I dunno much about BANGs back story but the fact that shes pretty and borderline retarded is the premise for her chracter. they always depict drug addicts as these horrible ugly bums of society but that not true...not always half the hard core druggies I know have youth and beauty on their side, just becuase it's not showing doesn't mean it's not dangerous. I have comics of her hacking up lungs and having her liver taken out to show shes rotting on the inside. but as long as the outside looks good no one really cares.
I DO love house but sadly I have seen like- Zero of the new seaosn becuase of work and debry practice, it really stinks. I have seasons 1-3 on dvd waiting for the new seaosn is torturous tho

The background does pull the vibrant colors on the characters right out. Great work! I guess I'm lucky. All the chicks at my high school who were "in" this circle were skanks and sluts and everyone knew it. Maybe it's just because we're New England tough.
Anyway, I like these girls. The orange skin on the left one is sexy (and by sexy I of course mean KILL IT WITH FIRE), and the one on the right has cute shoulder and tit freckles. Their expressions are also priceless; they're all "like, ohmigod!!!"
