More traditional media! a little something for my dear ~EnigmaApocalypse !!!Her cutie paootie Apocallypso has such a big crush on Stanford ! So they went out on what I guess you could call a date. I figured since I was doing traditional media I wanted to try doing a portrait as well.
The background is Crayola color pencils with a layer of white on top to keep it smooth (Thanks to *NeroStreet for the tip!) Stanford and Rosu are colored with Sharpies. their accents and Stanford's teeth were colored with metallic sharpie.
Getting back into the swing of using traditional media is fun!

It's done in Sharpies?! For some reason that amazes me, because it looks so nice and I guess I don't really associate Sharpies with art. You've done schooled me. The colors are really vibrant and solid.

awww you are too kind!!! but yes I LOVE sharpies for art! they NEVER fade! they are a little streaky but it's totally worth it. and the colors they come in are SO vibrant!

I really am loving the look of Stanford a lot. xD His design is unique and I especially love the spiked bits of flesh on his ears as well as his (literally) razor sharp smile. XD Apocallypso is incredibly adorable! I can tell she's quite into Stanford.
