Amongst the many chibis I am trying to finish and the art I'm trying to do for my new Incandescent site, I created this gall right herrrr. While designing the Incandescent crew's outfits I grew very frustrated because I can't seem to design anything practical
That's why this gurll here is so impractically dressed mwahahaEnjoyy!! (And expect to see more of her O.O)
