Hi guys, today I'm here with a New (but created months ago) Character. A Witch. A goth witch.
She was initially created with the name of Cornelia, but then I wanted to change her name. Definitely, an Italian name clashes with a Russian character.
As said before, Cheslava is a witch. She lives in the "Deep Ice Land Kingdom" and, carefully,she isn't the classic bad witch or the witch who looks bad outside and sweety inside. No, these are odious characters,especially if poorly done!
Personality:
Cheslava is a good witch despite her goth look. Impatient but good, mainly she is a calm woman, direct, and sometimes little indelicate, that might offend unintentionally. She looks at first glance like a stern woman but that's just her facial expression, she actually has no problem to help others, even though she easily loses patience with "stupid" people. She often finds everything that surrounds her boring because, she says, in the kingdom never happend nothing sensational. Also, she hate her work: It's boring and rarely someone buy something. And rarely someone came in her shop.
Powers:
Ice Magic and a bit of dark magic. Her main attack is freezing an enemy. This spell fades after a few minutes.

Il suo look è molto originale,ma allo stesso tempo si adatta molto allo stile di Mario: ho subito riconosciuto che si trattava di quella serie,specialmente per come hai disgnato gli occhi e i capelli. Complimenti!
Non perdere MAI la speranza nel creare e disegnare i tuoi personaggi,originali come pochi li sanno fare.
Dai loro vita,e non sperare nell'infame successo che molti si guadagnano solo facendo i leccasedere (per dire un eufemismo) o spammando pubblicità. Prova gioia e soprattutto ORGOGLIO di avere personaggi così originali,fregatene dei commentini sui profili di chi disegna personaggi molto meno originali dei tuoi. Almeno tu sai di essere la migliore.
Spero che tu torni a disegnare anche sul tuo account principale. Mi sono molto preoccupata per te,perché sappi che tengo a te come artista e soprattutto come amica.

La ringrasssssssio miss, Cheslava è felice di udire codesto commento :'D. Ci serviva una strega FATTA BENE che non sia al pari di una princistrega che noi due conosciamo. Davvero, incominciano a starmi sui coglioni le principesse che allo stesso tempo sono streghe. Sia chiaro, non che disprezzi il ruolo, ma per come sono fatte caratterialmente.
Oh nono, io non la perdo la speranza di creare personaggi originali, dopotutto è la cosa che più mi diverte, ma quello che più mi lascia l'amaro in bocca è come la gente preferisce i disegni di merda a quelli che sono fatti con l'anima. Non so se mi spiego: prova a mettere a paragone la popolarità dei disegni di Ninpeachlover con quelli miei. è imparagonabile.
Per carità, io non mi lamento delle poche persone che mi seguono veramente come te, Vanessa, Martina, Federica e pochi altri ma, sai, non dispiacerebbe avere qualche persona in più che mi segue...

Se ce ne dovessero essere, mi auguro che siano fatte bene.
Eh infatti. La cosa che più fa incazzare è il fatto che, se le fai una critica, lei risponde con "ma questo è il mio stile". Mi sale il nazismo con sta gente che usa sta scusa: un conto è lo stile ma un altro conto è disegnare di merda.
Che poi ha aperto le commissioni ma, onestamente, fa meglio a fare solo requests. Io 250 punti non li pago per un disegno scadente che, tra l'altro, non ci si può mettere il proprio oc. E poi vero, fa sempre le stesse cose ma la gente mette comunque preferiti a gogo. :'D Mi fanno così pena sti poveri leccaculo che corrono dietro a una che risponde male e freddamente.

Appunto, ma bho, io sta gente non la capisco. Già sta qua si incazza se le fai una critica e le spiaccichi in faccia la realtà, ma che si arrabbia se nessuno le fa richieste proprio no. Che gente odiosa e stupida. Io godo se non le fanno richieste perché deve imparare che deve migliorarsi se vuole avere "soldi" e che non esistono solo fan art. Non muore la famiglia se disegna un Oc. Cheslava is awesome! I like that Cyrillic/Latin feeling you've given her! I love her short eyebrows and feathered hair, too. Her outfit reminds me just the littlest bit of Lulu's from Final Fantasy 10 without all of the belts!
I like the idea of having a witch in the Super Mario universe--I think it fits right in perfectly with the magic use that the Koopa kingdom uses, especially for a kingdom called Deep Ice Land, where much more magic may possibly be frozen in its depths! Does Cheslava know of Elizaveta or the Blueberry kingdom in any way?
All in all, it's great to see more art from you, and I look forward to learning more about her!

Anyway, my main inspiration for the dress was Rosalina, in fact I think it resembles Rosye's dress, except that it have soft,narrower, tissue.
Yup, a witch will be cool in Mario Universe and it's rarely find one of these Oc. My goal is make she look like a wicked witch, who use dark magic (Only for the appearance) but, in reality, she is a normal mommy-witch who like goth style.
Ahah, Nope, she doesn't know Lizzy but she know her young aunt Thea who travel a lot! :'D

I'm glad that you've decided to stay on dA at least on this account! Yeah, I suppose main accounts can get too political with the whole popularity thing. I could go on about it, but we know how it is; it's not worth another minute of our time!
No worries, Feel free to reply to me however much you like! We will always have chances to keep in touch in the future! Also, since you mentioned the app, I figured that I would also try it out. It's actually better than I thought it would be! I usually hate using apps and just opt to use a browser instead, but this one is pretty convenient for the most part, even if it lacks some full features.
Ooh, I do see more of Rosalina's dress in this now! I thought of Lulu because of the off shoulder design and the black color, but the entire dress is closer to Rosie's.
And I like that Cheslava is good natured even though she looks typically evil for the Mario universe! Wearing dark colors and being evil aren't mutually exclusive, and I kind of tried to do a similar thing with Senna and Guiek's dark clothes, too, to make their good/evil alliance unknown by appearance! Besides, many Princess OCs on deviantart already have taken every bright color dress in Peach's style possible--why bother making another?
I think it's endearing that she is motherly, also a bit like Rosalina! More than that, I think the goth style fits her especially because of her culture of where she lives (since nothing exciting happens in Deep Ice Land, unlike the Mushroom Kingdom, Cheslava finds ways to make it interesting herself) and her own, alternative lifestyle! I find that a lot of Russian people are also more attracted to darker and more morbid things, so it makes perfect sense if she has a Russian influence!
Either way, I adore her! I imagine she and Senna would get along pretty well--depending on if Cheslava can tolerate Senna's friendly sarcasm and playfulness (she is almost never completely serious).
Ooh, I've heard you mention Thea before! I look forward to seeing her and reading her bio! For some reason, I'm getting the image that she's a successful, entrepreneur type-- maybe even a little Steampunkish! That's just my imagination! >w<
