Background info:
When Frances was born, many called her the ice baby, as she didn't have many expressions. When Frances turned 5 and went to school, she had no friends, but was the smartest. Frances turned 12 in no time, still friendless and smart. But when she was days from turning 13, Frances had an unfortunate accident. It was a rainy day and she slipped, falling head first onto the concrete. Frances went to the hospital, ending up fine. But she had lost her memory. No matter what happened, Frances refused to accept Takashi as her brother. Not only that, she turned into a delinquent. The ice princess had became worse. And around that time, she had started to like cutting items, becoming a pro cutter.

Hmm...her personality... I think that in the past, I wanted her personality to be distant and uncaring, towards humans at least. She doesn't go with pressure and does things at her own pace. She's sorta in her own little world most of the time.
