Sorry to hear of that accident. I wonder where on earth some people get their licence, and how on earth they are allowed to keep it. The traffic over here is full of idiots too.

him, he is looking at 8 years as he had a warrant and he fled the scene..Hit and run in Colorado is huge offence..

I feel the same, if you know your gonna drink make arrangements, whats so hard about that?? I will never understand it..hey have free cab service for drunks..its so stupid to drive..they caught him..he is in big trouble..no insurance either..means I have to pay it..sucks

and i suppose he has no job either and you cant sue him either!!! it really pisses me off that people will drink and drive and dont give a crap about their actions...my hubby, if he wants to have a couple of beers he will have it at home. i really hope things work out for you Candy and that you get your money someway.
