Since Halloween is coming up--
Don't let the expression fool you, he is 100% behind the idea of this costume. not that it took too much wardrobe change pfff The pattern wasn't nearly as hard as I imagined it would be! :>
Kind of a mix between the movie and that one illustration in the book images5.fanpop.com/image/photo… (which as you can see the pose came from). I just kind of did some vague scribbles for the leaking part of the suitcase so I don't know what's really going on there in this version, haha. I often feel really hesitant about deciding characters' favorite books and movies and such because I usually kind of feel like I'm limited to picking from things I've seen and read or at least have a decent knowledge of. But I feel pretty confident in saying Rook greatly enjoys Fear and Loathing, both book and movie. That probably goes for the rest of Hunter S. Thompson's work too, but this is the only one I've read (yet).

I was going to do this nearer Halloween, but like I said the breathing treatment messes with my hand stability like crazy. And just overall stability in general really. And the style that produced seemed really fitting to the idea. = D The first rough sketch is such a mess though haha.
I still kind of want to do a few more characters in costume sketches. Now to come up with some more ideas.
