Some changes I have in mind:
Loona would be the same in the show, up until Seeing Stars, after the talk with Tavi she realizes how horrible she's been to Blitzo, her dad. She'd feel awful and she'd work on being less harsh to him in the future
Tavi still isn't over her dad cheating, she loves him sure, but things aren't going to fully repaired with a simple pep-talk. And I can see her voicing these things too later on

Personal HCs:
Loona acted the way she did earlier, due to thinking she'd be returned to the shelter. I have a feeling she's been returned a lot times (Not excusing her behaviour towards Blitzo though, it was horrible)

We don't know what Octavia's relationship with Stella is like, but I'm going to say that Tavi has little to no relationship with her here and would rather avoid her
