well i've never had had such excessive requests but portraits are fun

I don't find it surprising you have excessive requests for portraits. You do them well.
I think you ought to give landscapes another try, as a way to break up the monotony. And in this landscape, you could always insert a person where possible. Like maybe the silhouette of a farmer making his way to a barn against a summer evening sky. I think you should.
