no... it's, umm.... i forget what it's called, but it's this sort of shadow stuff...
her powers mainly involve a shadow realm, that's like a dark dimension of, well, shadow... and by, umm, switching between dimensions she can for example travel great distances in hardly any time at all, and switch places close-range practically instantly
the shadow realm holds boundless dark power, and by channelling this power she can draw on its energy, and that's what that stuff is, dark energy manifest... or something...
clear things up?
(btw, the blade in her right hand is the legendary 'ShadowBlade', one of it's functions(or more like a 'special ability' ) being breaking up matter and banishing it into the shadow realm
...and just to clear up, the shadow realm is simply a dimension of shadow, not like an alternate dark world or anything... that would be the 'Dark Dimension'...)
