...and this took me all monday night ^o^'another one of my mermaid-themed-commissions, so character, while original, is not mine
i was going for a specific style with this one, that you may or may not like, but i'd gladly hear any comments ^o^
he had a pencil outline, but there's none of it left in the final image, so this is all digital
