okay, so not really

but if my style were manga (which it isn't), these would be my chibis ^^

aren't they cuuute ^^

i mean, kawaii lol

the originals are small, and on rough paper, so i think i did very well in cleaning them up ^^
i can't manage without all my customized photoshop-stuff...

they're the main characters from my comic 'shards' (the one i haven't actually done yet, but have dubbed my ' practice '-comic, and have been intending to start for quite a while now... the one i'm not doing for the moment because i joined 'bluewave' and am doing that at the moment... oh well... )
the left one is Tya, the middle one Mei, and the last one is Zen (although i might change her name to Zan... maybe, maybe not...? i'm sure you have opinions ^^)
Tya's only in that position, because i ran out of paper, and, being 'out and about' at the time, couldn't do my usual 'grab a similar quality piece of paper and carefully tape them together then simply continue drawing and worry about the seam later'
Tya is from the wealthiest, most powerful country, from a city full of wealth and power and all that, from an influential family, and... i can't tell you more without giving away the story, sorry...
well, i can tell you Tya isn't her real name, her real name is longer, but anyone who matters in the storyline calls her Tya ^^ so, i suppose, really, it is her real name ^^ so why did i bother writing this?
Mei is from the poor country, poor area, or, more importantly, an area that never really recovered from the ravages of war, and she is among the very poorest, living in a log-cabin-type place, living off the land, or forest, living pretty much hand-to-mouth...
she tends to be bare-footed, but i couldn't be bothered drawing toes at the time or if her feet need protecting, she wraps them up in straps of leather, but i have no idea what the deal with those 'clogs' is
Zen, is, well, a thief a thief from a town of thieves, drunkards, extortioners, gamblers, outcasts, assassins aaand pretty much anything else you can imagine

so, in short, for those of you who don't check my scraps; i'm not dead
not yet, anyway
