There's something about seeing 8-foot guys cry that's just so sad

aww.... tis sad... I fully cried in that bit - I had tears running down my face for about 10 minutes like when I finished reading return of the king

That part was sooo sad hey. I don't know, I just found Hagrid's grief so touching! Probably because he doesn't really get taken too seriously most of the time - 'twas an effective contrast! Heh - if you HAD been reading it on a train I'm guessing most people would have understood!!

Heh - I like to change styles every now and then - this is closer to my Arthur Weasley one. I pretty much did it fully in ink w/out much pencil to go by, so it makes it a bit scribblier than usual!
I like Hagrid - he's such a big softie! I had a lab partner like him once (only blond!)...he was like a big teddy bear! And the Hagrid carrying Dumbledore scene was just so sad! I admit I cried

I found that part just so sad - it was the bit that actually brought tears to my eyes!! And I always thought it gave Hagrid a lot of dignity that he doesn't otherwise have - poor sod! He's such a great character too!
