Art trade between and I. This is her character, Karma.This was a great learning process for me, namely on backgrounds and layers. For instance, I hate the form of the legs, yet I was unable to change them 'cause I did something funky with the layers. There are stray lines 'round the paws and head that I can't get rid of, so for the sake of completion, theeyyyy'rrrre...magic sparks >.>
I've also discovered OPACITY! That made a miraculous difference while shading, JEEBUS!
I guess Karma is jumping out of an abyss right now. I wanted to play with some of the different brushes :3 Sorry that her claws aren't the right color, but I wanted to differentiate them from the purple fur and background (should've done a different background color, but ah well. Also the stripes on her arms look more like grill marks)
All in all I'm rather proud of my first art trade with someone that I don't even know, and hope that she likes it, as well

Very nice job! I really like the background, definitely something that she would be walk out out. Karma is basically what actual Karma would look like if it was living, it started as a joke about how I have bad karma in general. And don't worry about the claws, Karma is on my list of creatures to fix up too.

I remember having old picture of her when I first made her, she went through a good amount of change since. And she good to have around, under she bites your hand off and ends up with you in the hospital. xD
