Theyre doing renivation to the city hall. It's almost ironic to me how dark the scaffolding (however you spell it) next to the sandstone surface of the building. It reminded me of how curroupt our city government is and how it darkens our entire city when really, theres so much culture and so much thriving inside of it.Related content

Yeah, i actually just went on a tour of city hall a few weeks ago and even though everything's pretty much done, they wouldn't let us up to the top floor (which was the whole purpose of me going, but it wasn't a waste- i got to hit up the teddy inagural site too). Anyways- this caught my eye in your gallery because i happened to take a picture from during the pride weekend of when they replaced the canadian flag with the gay-pride flag.

Yeah, I went up there a few days ago to try to get in to the top story and they wouldn't let me in either. I heard about that gay pride parade... I'm not a bigot or anything but I've had bad experiences with gay guys who have thought I was gay. Its flattering and all but way too awkward at the same time, so I try to avoid putting myself in the situation whenever possible. In any case, I avoided going downtown that day.
