Description
Her name is Tokiha Mai. She's the main character from anime called "Mai-Hime". In the film, she got the power of flame and could summon a Dragon named "Kagutsuchi" (the dragon in the background).I used Adobe Illust to make this, and work time... about a week i presume, more or less....
