I'm just curious, in real life that wallpapers floral or something creepy like that right?

I think it was some sort of brocade looking pattern.

This is so creepy that it reminds me the scenes in The Shining.

Did you watch those specials that aired during Halloween where they toured the most haunted hotels? They said that this one hotel was the inspiration to Stephen King cause of some kind of haunting there hence The Shining.

Someimes I watch them.
The Overlook Hotel was based on the Stanley hotel.
Not necessarily because of any hauntings but more for the fact
that it closes up for the winter and its remoteness. They used the Stanley in the film.
King's original concept was to have been set in an amusement park,
but he got inspired by the Stanley while staying there on vacation with his family.

I get the idea that you were going for bit i think its lacking substance. Just by itself that black and white doesnt really have a strong effect and the corridor looks just like what it is, a hotel corridor with nothing going on.

Exactly right! It is just a corridor with nothing going on.

Very good and creepy photo. Reminds me of the Shining of course. Very nice corridor with nice light from the lamps. You should maybe add a frame. Good work!

I would fiddle with selective colour a bit to define the carpet a little more so you have the viewer being draged down the hallway.

I really like this shot ... it is very nice. The only thing that throws me off is the angle. Are you very tall or were you standing on something.

I see it now - there's low areas and high areas to the ceiling.

This reminds me of The Shining! The corridor looks both majestic and threatening at the same time, and you've taken the photograph from the perfect place and angle to really capture the symmetry. I love how the lights on the wall reflect on the ceiling to create fabulous sharp angles on the corners.

It took every fiber of my being to not name it in reference to the Shining.
(The Overlook Hotel)
So I went with the A Christmas Story reference!

Excellent and spooky! Glad you made it b&w. It adds to the eerie feel. Love it!
One of my uncles actually stayed in The Overlook once. Once.

I get an ominous feeling just looking at this deviation. I won't go to the other end, and no, I won't open any of these doors either.
For extra creepy effect, I think you could add just a very subtle blue filter.

very creepy. gotta love those long dark hallways with unmentionable creatures lurking behind the door in wait for the unsuspecting victim to pounce.
