Ouch! I was on the roof of my building looking straight at Manhattan when the 13th Street ConEd station blew and the lights went out. It looked like a bright blue flashbulb going off in my face!
Dry Dock 5 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard was empty at one point. It only took 10 minutes to fill.
