Description
Final version of the previously known "Ichigo Pistachio for Windows 7" visual style.Now including 6 colors variations! Yay!
ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7*!
*Windows 7 Starter not supported
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Extract the folder named "Visual Style" from the .zip archive to your desktop.
2. Go to the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes directory.
3. Open the 'Visual Style' folder located on your desktop, drag the contents of the "Visual Style" folder instead of the actual folder (as shown in this example ) to the "Themes" directory opened just before.
4. Now, right-click on your desktop, select "Personalize" (or any corresponding word for non-English systems), and finally select one of your favorite colors of the Toybox series!
5. After that, pick your favorite picture on your computer as your desktop background (unless if you want a blank colored background)!
♪ Note: If you never used any third-party visual styles on your computer before, you need to patch your system files or the themes will not work properly!

i installed it and everything is nice and works, but i have no full coloured bar like on the preview. every bar is white. Any help, please?
BTW. It is not my first time changing the vs. everything is patched.

Have you also copied the 'Toybox' folder with its contents in the Themes folder?
If yes, do you use a 32-bit (x86) version of Windows?

Is there any way i can "re-install" my old windows theme that i had when i bought my computer?
That can be good to know before i install it.

If you plan to only use the theme itself (without using the ExplorerFrame.dll, which I don't recommend to use if you have never used a third-party theme before and/or are not very sure about how to proceed), you can revert to the default Windows theme (also known as 'Aero') at any time by selecting 'Windows 7' in the Personalization window.
Of course, don't forget to read this detailed tutorial written by =neiio about how to install visual styles before using it or it will be not usable:

Will this affect other users on my computer?

Don't worry, if you apply a different visual style on your user account this will not affect the others users (similar to the way how setting up a wallpaper, each users having its own desktop background). ^_^
But if you want to change the Start button and replacing the ExplorerFrame.dll (back/forward buttons, reload/stop glyphs...) in the future, those will have an effect for everyone using the computer.

I've installed it and I have to admit it looks pretty darn good, the only thing that really hurts my eyes with this theme are the orange info bubbles. It's really brutal. Is there any way they can be a lighter orange or a simple white or light gray ?
You're of course entitled to disagree ! I'd just ask you how I can change that myself?

Malheureusement je ne pense plus vraiment continuer de travailler sur ce thème, hormis faire quelques légers correctifs si le besoin est (de plus cela nécessite beaucoup trop de temps, surtout que j'ai tendance à être très lent! Ahaha! 
Toutefois si tu souhaites modifier les info-bulles par une autre couleur, l'entrée suivante ainsi que ses sous-entrées doit être modifiée avec Windows Style Builder (logiciel permettant de créer et éditer les fichiers .msstyle des thèmes). ; )

Can you do a port of On Yoan Meka by raindropmemory for win7? it's my favorite VS ever but i can't install it because it's for vista! It would be really awesome if you could do that

I'm sorry, but I don't plan to work on another visual style for a while, this is time consuming and doesn't leave enough free time for working on others things (maybe I will see if I can make a new theme for the upcoming new Windows 8, but not before 2013).
Maybe you should try to ask to ~Raindropmemory if he can port it, but I'm not very sure if he will can do it (he is currently busy with several projects from what I know)... ^_^

Ahaha j'ai été vraiment surpris de constater cela effectivement! Il faut dire que ce thème était attendu de très longue date par de nombreuses personnes (surtout avec les nombreux délais, reporté à une autre date régulièrement. Que je suis vraiment très trop lent!)!

I just installed it - its best theme EVER! <3 the only thing that didnt change is the 'start' button which is still the windows 7 start button o.O

The Start menu button isn't included in the themes files itself, it is a part of the Explorer.exe (=Windows file explorer).
I originally included the bitmap files in the .zip archive of this theme, but I temporary removed theme because of a weird visual bug reported by someone when replacing the Windows orb with one of them. I will see if I can fix this, then I will upload an update including several 'Start' buttons and instruction about how to install them.
