Hello! actually one of the creators/animators of Adventure time (Natasha Allergi a.k.a. Natzilla from tumblr) posted a picture of Fionna and Marshall Lee in this same situation. It was a scrap I guess for a Genderbent episode that didn't get approved to be included in the episode~

No, this wasn't in any of the AT episodes. This was inspired by one of the Animator's (Natasha) drawings.
It was like a rejected idea for the genderbent episode I think.
