I can't restrict myself to 50 characters... There's so many I left out... and some that aren't really my FAVORITES but I put in here BECAUSE I can... >:T
This list will constantly change... trust me... I tried SO hard to keep it all from different series but I couldn't... I also tried to keep it the most up to 4 characters per series, but PL and MLP snuck in an extra person... oops... XD
There's some characters from the same series/different series that I love but neglected to include... for example... I had a HUGE FIGHT between adding DIMITRI or CLIVE... and... JANICE or MELINA... I just love those characters equally to each other, so pretend they're both there okay? ;;__;;
And Oswald and EVE and Kick Buttowski and some other characters from the ATLA and LOK series were other people who were going to be on here but I just love these other guys too, so pretend those guys and others are on here as well... XD
Also, there's too many awesome Professor Layton characters and I just love them all except for Bill Hawks and that Jakes guy uhhhhg both of you go die and please never come back please...
And position doesn't really count that much... Once-ler is like on the 3rd row and he's like one of my fave faves right now... I just got sick and tired of rearranging... >:T

WIP:
CURRENT FAVORITES/CURRENT TOP 12, in order of their introduction into my life haha (sadly only 1 per series)

Blossom: probably my first favorite character of anything. This cutie (and the PowerPuff Girls in general) had been such an inspiration to my childhood. Out of my three sisters, I was always the Blossom of us, (even though personality-wise I'm more of a Bubbles now ahaha) but I really wanted to be just like her: The smart, cute and tough one!
Ching: This sweetheart is so adorable! The Pucca series has also been an inspiration to me, and for some reason I always seemed to find a way to compare my childself to this character (the braids, the purple, I used to be a huge chatterbox, I loved birds and she carries a chicken on her head haha!), except I'm sadly not as skilled as her and no longer as talkative... boo...
Doofenshmirtz: He's so hilarious! And all around adorable in a weird way. I always found it really cute how he tries so hard to be evil and most of his "evil" deeds aren't THAT evil. It's precious, and he deserves a lot of hugs and gold stars for effort. Also he's just honestly really amazing and it's fascinating how I came to love his character because originally he wasn't my favorite but then he just grew on me so much that now I just absolutely adore him.
Dib: Freaking awesome character of awesome. All I knew about Invader Zim before watching it was GIR, but after watching the series Dib was an instant favorite and tossed GIR many miles aside. He deserves more love than he gets trust meeeeee... (you cray cray big head youuuu~)
Jimmy Two-Shoes: His happy-go-lucky personality really drew me to love this character. And that missing tooth is really cute too I just sakjjhfkjdaaaaaahhh~ <3... if it wasn't for the next character on this list I think this phase would have lasted a LOT longer. ;;__;;
Professor Layton: I think my whole entire world went 360 when I discovered how great the Layton series actually was. This intelligent, puzzle-loving personification of a gentleman is all around brilliant and has also inspired me in ways I can't really express.
Warden: All around perfect character. He's just so beautifully animated, so cartoony, and it's just so easy to break the rules of reality when your THAT cartoony. Definitely fired up my love for insanity/insane characters x10. I just... love... the way... he does everything okay. I need to stop before I type too much asukfhjd...
Princess Luna: Even before I got into my minuscule pony phase I really liked this pony. Watching the pilot and seeing her, even for the brief moments in both Nightmare Moon and Princess form I liked her character. I adore her current personality too. She's just gorgeous...
Ice King: I feel bad I didn't get to know him previously and be shocked about his whole backstory reveal since I wasn't really into Adventure Time to care, but I really LOVE the Ice King and his former Simon Petrikov. Amazing how in one episode a character can change from pretty flat and simple to gaining the most depth than all the characters in the series. He's also really adorable when he's being a little nutty and if you think he's creepy then you're probably right but you're also wrong because he's just too cute okay...
Once-ler: Even before watching the Lorax movie I grew a strange liking for this character as he was popping up EVERYWHERE! Watching the movie and seeing his parts in it were really magical and I wish they showed him more because they were the best parts of the movie. Who knew watching a simple movie could make me favor the side of businessmen and could instantly change me to making constant jokes about environmental destruction. (of course I'm still passionate about the environment I just found it hilarious that people began to cheer him on rather than look at it realistically ahahaaa...)
Dipper: Gravity Falls is such a great show, and Dipper is such a great character. Him and Mabel from time to time compete for first favorite on my list, but usually Dipper tends to stay first. I mean, I really love his personality and how he's the smarter and more serious of the two. His relationship with his sister is also great because they're like friends and they look out for each other, MYSTERY TWINS OH YEAAAHH... I mean, it's really great. Not to mention, haha forgive me for saying this Dipper, but he's ADORABLE... CUTIE PATOOTIE HAAHAA... ;; u ;;
King Candy: (spoilers) I was so impressed by this character. I started to kind of like his character before he was revealed to have more sinister plans. When he explained his intent for Vanellope not racing, I really felt attached to his character and it was just so sweet in a sad way I just saw him as a fatherly figure to her and I was a ball of mixed emotions. Later, when he turned out to be Turbo I was shocked and bewildered because WOW I was NOT expecting that twist. Also the CyBug part was WOAH. New favorite Disney villain.
