~~Character's Name: Puchia
~~Age: 13
~~Brief Description: This pint-sized villaness is not to be underestimated. A devilish little girl, Puchia is determined to destroy her most despised x-boyfriend Garuche. She is known for being cruel and naughty in many ways. Occassionally has a deep urge to destroy/rule the world so she can get rid of her enemies faster and do whatever she pleases.
~~Why They're Such a good Villainess: She is most prone to being a jerk to practically anyone she deems worthless and/or ugly. She also loves to see and cause misery to the "weak." She doesn't understand the concept of love and Garuche, her obsessed x, is usually beaten harshly at every attempt of his to show such affection.
~~If you had three wishes, what would they be?
Puchia: "Me?
Cappy (me): "Yes you. ANSWER the question!"
Puchia: "I don't listen to people like you."
Cappy: "C'MON! ANSWER THE STINKING QUESTION!
Puchia: SHUT UP! I WISH YOU'D JUST DISAPEAR!
Cappy: *dissapears*
Puchia: Shoot... Wish wasted...

Puchia: "If I HAD a first wish, I'd wish for Garuche to explode and all his guts fall out. Then, I'd wish for myself to be crowned queen for life so I could do whatever I please, since queens get whatever they want right?"

"My last wish would be... well... um... something... I'm not sure because all my life goals were spent on the first two. So, I wish for a better wishing idea.
~~What would you do if Crowned "Miss Villainess"?
Puchia: "I'll just watch as everbody bows down to my feet for being the most beautiful, horrifying and absolutely amazing villaness on the planet."
~Which came first, the chicken or the egg?
Puchia: "What kind of question is that?!

Puchia: FINE... The chicken... because... uh... it tastes better... yeah...

This is for OC Villaness Beauty Pagent Contest, which I was willing to try hard to finish before the 15th...
untill I just now figured out the whole extention gig, so yeah, I worried for nutin... -_-

So yes... who else would fit best for a villa beauty pagent other than my in-famous little devilish girl Puchia?... ^^

Puchia is a fan made character based off of a character named Pucca. Even though she is based off, she was designed to be quite opposite from the girl, and has developed a long way for the past several years... estimated possibly 3... So yes...
She is from an alternate reality that I created totally myself called Agoos City where she is the evil, anti version of the sweet Pucca girl. Her design is unique and was brought up completely myself, no inspiration from the show other than the Pucca buns and the "asian" eyes... Of course not being racist...
Anyway, I decided to keep to the style of my series of "The Tales of Agoos City." The sky is dark orange due to a lack of sun in their world and relying only on a power source in the middle of the city that is dimmer than a star or sun of any type.

The first panel is her regular, strolling down the city.
The second is her in her formal dress and crown.
The third is her in her swimsuit. Of course, Puchia wasn't planning to do any swiming with that thing, but I'm afraid she might have to!
Puchia: SHOOT...
The fourth is Puchia doing what she does best. Of course, I wanted to depict something from the old times where Puchia and Garuche were much more gruesome and gorey. Over the past 2 years, I've tried hard to soften and change them to be less violent due to Cappy having less of an interest in harsh unreasonable violence and starting to hate it ever more and more. The farthest she is allowed to go with that thing is for threatening or just for show... xD

And that's it! Enjoy! And I hope I win... I never win any big prizes when I enter in contests, and the one for the funny love club I didn't even win, so I hope I have a chance this time!
