Wow I had this concept last night and wanted to draw it immediatelywhere like what if there was some sort of explosives strapped to something or someone and you never knew when they were going to go off and no one was willing to help get them off of you and everyone just ran in fear of you instead? And since you never know when they're going to go off you just live your life in fear unable to sleep or relax or go out in public?
I was originally gonna incorporate this idea into a new fancharacter or something but it didn't suit me and I don't need more characters at the moment lol
so here have Pinkie Pie living her entire life alone in fear crying etc

also this isn't hate art i don't hate pinkie i don't hate my little pony i am not trying to make people mad i just like to draw thought evoking stuff, also thanks to whoever put this on EqD?? wow im honoured :'D

Very interesting concept. It actually gave me an idea for a story. What if there was a world where, when you die, you explode like a bomb? No one knows when their time will come, and a lot of people fear being around other people in case they die and kill other people around them, or in case someone near them dies and they die in the explosion. What do you think? I might do a small excerpt on it if it's interesting. Also, I like the drawing very much as well.

I imagine the scene when that arab was strapped with bombs around himself in the movie Hurt Locker...I feel almost dirty replaying her in that very same moment. Nice pic by the way.

This concept reminds me a bit of that one video that Collegehumor did about Amir having a bomb inside him that went off when he stopped talking.

If This happened some people would run out of instinct. If someone came with a bomb on them one would assume the individual doing it on purpose. There are those with the hero mentality and would tackle the bomber. only a select few would asses the situation and try to get the authorities.

I wouldn't run away! I would sacrifice my life in order to save her! And not just her, anypony and anybody! I can't live my life anyway knowing I could have done something to save that individual but instead I selfishly turned away a plea for help.

Here is some advice.... You are Pinkie Pie, just be random and escape the bomb with ease. Get the wire cutters that you hide away in case of bomb strap to pony emergencies. Break the fourth wall where the bombs can not follow. JUST DO SOMETHING!!!!!!

Interesting choice of pony to relay this concept. Pinkie is happiest with her friends but if her friends abandon her... she would die from emotional stress probable or go oatmeal crazy.
She is laughter. Her friends would not abandon her. They would fight for their friend even if it endangers themselves.
The question that comes to mind is would you help your friend even if it might kill you? Help? Ignore? Run away? Most would run I think. Fear protects us from danger. Ignoring it would be foolish. Unless, you care more about your friend then your life. Heh. That is a concept. What is it about friendship that would make one risk getting himself killed for it?

Fear is good in the right places. Keeps you away from walking in front of incoming traffic. In this example, away from the danger of Pinkie Pie strapped with bombs. Unless you fear more for her then your own life.
Am I a animal? Yes. Mankind maybe more smarter and spiritual but we still act like animals.
Power corrupts. Absolute power, corrupts absolutely. I believe there needs to be a certain control of power. A balance. A harmony.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely, you say? Show me one creature on this planet that has ever had anything close to any real power. Every person has been severely limited. Was even one born who's skin could stop a serpent's bite? No. And hence it is foolish to make conclusions about power's effects. That's a philosophy which only applies to political power, something I don't even regard as anything more than delusions of grandeur.

Power is real. Humans don't have any. A single bolt of lightning has more power than any human can even consider controlling. Humans are weak, fearful creatures who even now are scared of the dark.
Why else do so many tremble at silly concepts like "Slenderman", something I find laughable?

The people that had that kind of power ended up dead because they didn't know how to control it. which makes the question: would world domination all that great as people make it?
