I love the technique done in this piece. The simple yet concentrated background doesn't take away from the bust and I love the hair on this.
I've been seeing the same brush used by various artists for a bit now. I'm guessing it's in SAI? If you wouldn't mind, might you be able to share what this brush and that it takes to make it? If not, that's okay.

i used a mesh of stuff just experimenting. i was using fine_flat marker for this on 100 density if i remember
