Okay so other than glaring technicalities (FROGG, what happened to the pattern on your OUTFIT? I'm such a flipper), I wanted to just... doodle these guys. I'd never done Doktor Frogg art before, so this is my FIRST ATTEMPT -dramatic music- Also I still like Stork
Both shows were pretty okay, definitely had their moments. I personally like the animation for Storm Hawks more, though League of Super Evil was slightly more original. It's crossed my mind a few times that we just have evil neighbors who like making us miserable... They have a door that slams from HELL. Stork, though kind of pathetic, is still pretty much more competent than Frogg and Voltar put together but I digress.
Back to the subject matter: Yes, Scott McNeil voices both Stork and Voltar. And probably a whole bunch of other people you probably didn't even know. xD

Doktor Frogg is voiced by Lee Tockar (not Scott), I guess you just put him in there, because he's similar in personality. teehee.
Scott Played a whole bunch of voices in League of Supet Evil, I can't name them all though. its kinda like Lee, he does too many to count.

When I was younger, I was somehow under the impression that Scott, Lee, and Jason Marsden were all the same person and I was like "WHOA, that guy's in a lot of stuff" OTL I'm glad I know better by now xD
I mostly threw Frogg in there because I hadn't drawn him before and I wanted to include him in the picture xD
