Description
Remember those "Anti-" chips that set traps for the enemies and display "????"? That's pretty much what this guy's about and more. He can set those traps, plant mines on his opponent's side of the field, and some of the traps can induce Bugs or glitch his enemy's folder (some chips won't be display, or the selection will be replaced by beginner chips).

But WhatMan also has another gimmick--each time he gets you with a trap of any kind, one of those 6 blue spheres will light up and become a "!". If all 6 become that, he enters into this berserk mode glowing blue and themed after the exclamation point (as opposed to his usual question mark). When this happens, he moves a lot quicker and will use his staff as a naginata or a javelin with deceptive range. He will also be able to blast out a "Moon Laser" from his eye, which can remove NaviCust upgrades from his enemy's system.
