I'm so glad I waited until now to draw these two. I have thought about doing them a number of times and have sketches that date back to last year or even the year before but I never went ahead because I didn't have any decent references. Now... there are references galore!
I loved these two in the movie. Reno may possibly be my favourite character... but it's hard to say because they're all great. Except for Kadaj.

Reno and Rude were the ultimate comic relief XD I wish my subs worked, but god they were awesome, and Reno finally has the looks he was meant to have all along, and damn he looks good XD

I like them too... they've the best lines. You give them great fitting poses, it looks like how they stand around in the movie.

Yeah, I always try to do the right poses. It's actually a mixture of movie and game. I'm pretty sure that's how Reno stands during battle. Well, it's something like that.
Kadaj was just sort of nothing to me. He just seemed to be trying too hard. And you're right - I never have liked Sephiroth. But I have always liked his name! Sephiroth. It's just cool.

No, I mean like, when you draw/create something, you're overly sensitive to it. Like, you know where ALL the flaws are but a lot of the time you see mistakes that other people miss. It's like, the same kidn of thing as they say if you've got a pimple - you know it's there so to you it's blaringly obvious but other people don't see it at all. But yes, you're right - this place is full of artists and appreciators.

Lol, I get what you mean.. viewers will be all "OMG THAT IS SO COOL I LOVE" etc - when you, the artist/creator of the piece will know/realise all of its flaws and what not, I get it.
