Everyone knows how much I love Hirasawa Susumu-sama so I did this this morning while listening to him. He is my lord of sound.
I wasn't actually sure where to put this... so I put it in the misc section. I hope it's okay there.
So just a quick little fun thing for me to do while listening to music and while taking a break from my other piece I'm working on which is being *really* difficult. Anywho...

I find it so amusing that I knew who this was from the thumbnail. I don't usually know what musicians look like XD But yes, he is a GOD. I just recently went around and found some mp3s on websites... they are sooo good T_____T;;; I was finally motivated to do that after hearing the song in the Berserk PS2 game trailer *___*; I wonder how rare his CDs are, I would so buy them @o@

Nice! I like the style. Kind pop-art, kinda traditional painting. Great textures. I love the lines in the bg. Impactful. I think it could be brighter/more contrast. Amazing use of shadow. Did you use a reference? Really, really nice textures, like with the hair.

Yeah... that's why I didn't really know where to put it. I thought pop-art but chose misc to be safe. I made the bg less contrasting because I wanted the emphasis on the head.
And yes, I used a reference. There is no way I could draw him without looking. x_x
