Description
Moop is a balloon-thing that floats around the world on the breeze. He likes observing things. On this occassion, he has added a bow to his string to make himself more appealing. He also wears it to distinguish himself from his cousin, "Noop", for whom he is sometimes mistaken.

Moop came about from my two years in TAFE (like uni) where I did an animation involving him, and used to draw him on the whiteboards all the time. He was inspired from a sketch an exish-friend drew at school a few years previous. So his "development" all up, has been about 5 years in the making. Silly Moop. :3

I started this pic *ages* ago and decided to restart afrer begining the process of trying to finish pics that I like but had stopped working on for whatever reason. I wasn't going for a realistic background, either. I wanted to have cartoony/simple clouds. I might draw Noop sometime, because I like how this turned out.

And yes, he's supposed to look strange.
