Description

This is the Basic Trait Sheet for the closed species Spiritus Manus or GhostHands.
This sheet is a basic guide, the simplest version of things you will see on a Ghost Hand. Just because it is not on the sheet, does not mean it is not possible! Certain things will be considered mutations, but if you have an idea, do not hesitate to ask!

♨Universal GhostHand Traits♨

Spectral Hands
๑These hands appear from where arms would usually be, materializing from the shoulder
๑The default state of these hands are large and flat, with three "fingers" and a thumb
๑These "Ghost Hands" can appear any color, can change color with moods and emotions, and are always somewhat translucent
๑These hands can be shifted into any shape, or object, and are able to physically interact with the world and other beings. There is no limit to what shapes and forms the Spectral Hands can take
๑A GhostHand cannot exist without Spectral Hands

Spectral Eyes
๑These eyes float around the head, hovering in any position, but the largest one always sits in the center above the normal eye spot
๑There are always between 4 and 6 Eyes
๑Spectral Eyes simply have a pupil, and are white, and can glow if desired
๑In very rare cases, there will only be a single, large Eye
๑Very few GhostHands have their Spectral Eyes Set into their skulls, at least 3, but there can be up to six in this case, wrapping around the head. (These mythical GhostHands will literally have "eyes in the back of their head")
๑GhostHands always have "normal" eyes in their head, these eyes have different appearances, but most commonly are a blank, solid color. These "normal" eyes are completely blind
๑GhostHands rarely have no "normal" eyes
๑Very Few GhostHands have no Spectral Eyes, these GhostHands are completely blind.

Bodies
๑GhostHands can be Male or Female in appearance, and this can shift at will. Females will have smallish, visible breasts and males have a flat chest. Genitalia is not necessary for a GhostHand, but can be formed as desired, functioning normally, except for reproductive capabilities.
๑The Torso of a GhostHand always seems emaciated (very skinny, ribs visible, slender stomach)
๑The hips are always fairly wide, with thick thighs, and an... ample backside. (Thicc AF)
๑GhostHands never have feet, their legs end in little nubby stumps, coming from a very slender calf. They always kind of float, but can stand and walk on these little nubs with no issues
๑Skin Tones can be any natural color to humans, but are usually a de-saturated tone, no bright pinky tones, they all look a little sickly. Sometimes a flesh tone will have a slight green, or yellow tinge to it. Gray Tones are fairly common as well.

Halos
๑Every GhostHand has some form of Halo that sits around their waist, right at the belly button
๑It is IMPOSSIBLE for a GhostHand to exist without a Halo, it is the Halo which binds them to Earth
๑These Halos can take many forms, but many unique ones are rarely seen

Tails
๑Except for very few, mutated GhostHands, all GhostHands have a very long, thick tail.
๑These tails take a "physical" form but are very unique in a GhostHand can wrap their legs with their tail, enveloping their legs completely to take a "naga" like form, or a more traditional Ghost form.
๑When their legs are wrapped they can sort of slither or simply float

Ears

● Animal Ears
(Can be any type, but common ears are usually Canine/Feline inspired, and smaller to average sized. Any Animal Ear Questions just ask!)
● Elven/Pointed Ears
(Small to Average Sized)

♦ Finned/Aquatic Ears

✫ Large Ears
(Animal or Elven, this are bigger than average ears, or large, floppy types. i.e. Fennec or Rabbit ears)

✪ Winged Ears
(A reasonable size, feathered or demon, the winged ear options are almost endless!)

Halos
(Adding a Halo raises the Rarity. For example: 2 Diamond Halos would make it a Legendary Trait instead of Rare)

(think like when you mix cornstarch and water, or floating shapless slime balls)

(Stars can be any shape or design, just stars)

♨ Flame Halo
(Flames can be any intensity/color, but usually match the colors of the Spectral Hands, and can change color/intensity with moods and emotions)

Tails

● Regular "Ghost" Tail

♦ Split Tail
(Can be 2-6 pieces, they can move individually from each other)
♦ Ectoplasm Drip Tail
(gooey slime tail)

✫ Aquatic Tail
(Can look like any aquatic creature, colors and style are endless)
✫ Furry Tail
(Can be any style, but must be a longer tail, at least to your GhostHands calves)

✪ Feathered
(Again, possibilties are endless, any colors and styles, but the feathers must be long, at least to the GhostHands calves)

ஐ MUTATIONS ஐ

Mutation options are endless, these ones listed are simply some guidelines. If you are making a Mutated GhostHand and have an idea simply ask! Some mutations do have rarities, as some things are simply meant to rarely exist.

●ஐ Horns
(Mutated horns can be any shape, size, quantity, whatever you want! Just not drippy, that is a different mutation)

●ஐ "Almond" shaped Spectral Eyes

♦ஐ Ecto Drip Parts
(Any part can be "drippy" with Ectoplasm goo, except for the tail and halo, which are specific traits. Anything else drippy, [including the body], is a mutation.)
♦ஐ Tentacle Tail
(The first three types of tail [Standard, Split, and EctoDrip] can be mutated into a tentacle tail with "octopus" suckers on it. This mutation cannot be applied to aquatic, furry, or feathered tails... it just doesn't work)

✫ஐ Multiple Ears
(Between 4 and 6 ears can be possible, and this mutation can be applied to any ear type)

✪ஐ No Tail
(A GhostHand with no tail is INCREDIBLY rare and these ones are looked down on by other GhostHands as "incomplete")
✪ஐ No Spectral Eyes
(As with a no tail GhostHands, these blind GhostHands are often rejected by other ones, but not quite as ostracized)
